Who Qualifies for House Calls?
Our House Calls program is designed for patients who have difficulty traveling to a medical office. You may qualify if you are:
- Homebound or have limited mobility
- Recovering from surgery or a hospital stay
- Living with chronic conditions that make travel difficult
- Elderly and in need of regular medical monitoring
- Unable to access transportation to a medical facility
