Pay at Your Visit
Copays, coinsurance, and outstanding balances can be paid in person at any Essen Health Care location. We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards.
Pay by Phone
Call our Billing Department to make a payment over the phone with a credit or debit card. Our representatives can also answer billing questions and set up payment plans.
Pay by Mail
Send a check or money order payable to Essen Health Care to our billing address. Include your account number on the check memo line. Mail to: Essen Health Care, Billing Department, 1550 University Avenue, Bronx, NY 10452.
Financial Assistance
If you are experiencing financial hardship, Essen Health Care offers a sliding fee schedule based on family size and income. We also have staff available to help you apply for Medicaid, Medicare, or other assistance programs. No one is denied access to services due to inability to pay.
